• Molly Griffin

    GRADUATE RA

    Molly is a first-year Ph.D. Student in the Developmental Psychology program. She is originally from northeast Ohio and earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Dayton. Her research interests include social-emotional and academic development in early to middle childhood, and she is especially interested in parent-child and teacher-child interactions. In her free time, Molly enjoys cooking and baking, staying active, and spending time with friends and family.

  • Emily Starr

    GRADUATE RA

    Emily is a fifth-year Ph.D. student in the Child, Youth & Family Studies program. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northwestern College Iowa, and her research centers on evaluating early childhood interventions, particularly those aimed at enhancing social-emotional learning and supporting the mental health of young children and their families. Emily’s work also includes program evaluation with the Center on Children, Families & the Law, where she contributes to advancing early childhood mental health initiatives across the state. In her free time, Emily enjoys practicing yoga, tending to her collection of indoor plants, and playing board games with friends and family.

  • Naomi Chamberlain

    UNDERGRADUATE RA

    Naomi is an undergraduate student from Lincoln, NE. She is double majoring in Psychology and Film. Eventually, Naomi plans to attend graduate school to gain some experience in Clinical Psychology before becoming a professor. In her free time, she enjoys analyzing film/literature, making presentations, and spending quality time with friends and family.

  • Hannah Dalton

    UNDERGRADUATE RA

    Hannah is an undergraduate student from Omaha, Nebraska. She is majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders with minors in Education Studies and Positive Psychology. She hopes to get her Masters in Speech-Language Pathology. She is a member of the University Honors Program, the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association, and the UNL Brain, Learning, and Behavior Lab. In her free time, she enjoys going on walks and hanging out with friends.

    Saba is an undergraduate student from Lincoln, Nebraska, majoring in Biology with minors in Biochemistry and Psychology. She is currently on the Pre-Med track in hopes of becoming a Psychiatrist. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, reading, watching movies/tv shows, and being outdoors.

  • Rachel Knudsen

    UNDERGRADUATE RA

    Rachel is an undergraduate student from Omaha, NE, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Child, Youth and Family Studies. She plans to attend graduate school and become a child and family therapist or a school psychologist. In her free time, she likes to crochet, paint, and listen to music. She also loves to spend time with friends, family, and her two dogs.

  • Sophia Murphy

    UNDERGRADUATE RA

    Sophia is an undergraduate honors student from Minnetonka, Minnesota, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Biology. After graduating she plans to attend graduate school to study Clinical Psychology. At UNL, Sophia is a member of Psi Chi, Psychology Club and the Asian Student Union. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

  • Tracy Nguyen

    UNDERGRADUATE RA

    Tracy is a first-generation undergraduate student from Lincoln, NE and the recipient of an Undergraduate Creative Activities and Research Experience fellowship to conduct research this year. She is majoring in Psychology and minoring in Sociology. Her future plans are to go graduate school to study clinical psychology. Tracy is a member of Sigma Psi Zeta Sorority which is a multicultural Asian interest sorority on campus that fights to combat violence against womxn in all its varied forms. In her free time, she likes to spend time with family and friends, go to the gym, and read books.

  • Caitlin Schuette

    UNDERGRADUATE RA

    Caitlin is an undergraduate student from Omaha, NE. She is majoring in Psychology with minors in Business and Child, Youth, and Family Studies. After graduation, she hopes to become a child psychologist. On campus, Caitlin is an officer for the Psychology Club, Big Red Swing Dance, and Camp Kesem. In her free time, she enjoys mentoring through TeamMates, dancing, and hanging out with friends and family.

  • Shaundra Wiederholt

    UNDERGRADUATE RA

    Shaundra is an undergraduate student from Cozad, Nebraska majoring in Psychology with minors in Child, Youth, and Family Studies and Positive Psychology and Wellbeing. She plans to pursue a graduate degree. Shaundra is also a member of the Women's Lacrosse Club Team and an Honors Peer Mentor Leader. She enjoys hanging out with friends and family, going to football games, and baking.
